In March 2007 my best friend Lindsay Ann Hawker was brutally murdered in Tokyo.  As we approach the two year anniversary of Lindsay’s death, the only suspect in her murder is yet to be brought to justice.

The Hawker family have travelled to and from Japan several times and with her killer still at large they will still have to travel to Japan at intervals to raise the profile of the case and liaise with police.  I am hoping to raise money to help fund the Hawker’s fight for justice.

I am holding a three course meal at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry on Saturday March 14th.  Tickets for the event cost £30 and include a drinks reception, meal, auction and entertainment until late.

The event is being held in the spectacular E.On lounge which overlooks the football pitch.  The use of the E.On lounge has very kindly been arranged by Joe Elliot and Gary Hoffman (Director and Vice Chairman of Coventry City Football Club). 

We have some spectacular items for auction ranging from a meal for two at Rick Stein’s seafood restaurant in Padstow to tickets for this year’s British Grand Prix. Support locally has been overwhelming.
